Bonding furnaces are devices that heat in a vacuum environment. Use a metal or quartz glass cover from the sealed furnace to connect to the high vacuum pump system with pipes. The furnace vacuum can reach 133 (10-2 ~ 10-4) PA. The furnace heating system can be heated directly with resistance furnace wires (such as tungsten wires), or it can be heated by high-frequency induction. The high temperature can reach about 3000. It is mainly used for ceramic firing, vacuum melting, degassing of electric vacuum parts, annealing, brazing of metal parts, ceramic-metal sealing, etc.

 

1) In the heating process, the oxidation and decarbonization of the workpiece surface are completely removed to obtain a clean surface that is not deteriorated. This can improve the cutting performance of tools that grind only one side during cutting (such as tools that expose the decarbonized layer of the groove surface directly to the cutting edge after twist grinding).

3) The accuracy of furnace temperature measurement and monitoring has been significantly improved. The indicated value of the thermocouple and the furnace temperature reached 1.5. However, the temperature difference between different parts of a large number of workpieces in the furnace is very large, and if it is forced to cycle into thin gas, it can be controlled within the range of 5 temperature differences.

 

4) High degree of mechatronics. On the basis of improving the accuracy of temperature measurement and control, the workpiece movement, pressure adjustment, power adjustment can be programmed in advance, and the quenching and flame can be gradually realized.

 

5) Energy consumption is significantly lower than salt bath. The heating chamber of modern advanced vacuum furnace adopts the heat insulation wall and barrier made of high-quality heat insulation materials, which highly concentrates the electric heating energy in the heating chamber, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
